Forgot the picture of my dad rock climbing!

Pictures taken with my ancient camera!

I know my old Fuji camera is ancient, but look what it accomplishes...
We camped at Jumbo Rocks in Joshua Tree National Park. The light shining on the rocks is the sunset hitting them, then beautiful pictures of the actual sunset. My parents and the motorhome, my dad rock climbing, skull rock...

Guess who Tyler was for Halloween?

The most unforgettable man in the world!

Grandma and Granddaughter special time.

I woke up one Friday morning and saw in the paper a production of "Annie Warbucks." It was going to be that night and I wanted to take Autumn to see it. It was girls night out!!! It was at the old Corona Civic Theater. It's a nice little place and just the right size for young ones. Erin brought her to me and off we went. It started at 7:00 and we weren't home until 10:00! It ended up being the story about Annie after she was adopted by Daddy Warbucks. The child protection agency said he had to be married in 60 days or they would take Annie away from him. It was a good story and a very good production. Autumn followed right along and loved the scenes with Annie and her orphanage friends. In the end, all works out and Annie's 4 friends are adopted by Daddy Warbucks and his secretary Grace. Ends up the protection agency was run by a crooked lady and her daughter was trying to marry Daddy Warbucks to get the money. He never really had to get married to keep Annie. Fun night!

What does this tell you???

For all the CSI fans out there...before you had to figure out what the picture of a bunch of left shoes told you. Now you have to figure out what this newest crime scene tells you. There should be a "MONK" show about this!
I was in the family room today and looked down and had to crack up!!! Too funny!

It may take a rocket scientist to add the picture!

It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out this crime scene...

Here are a few clues:
They're all left shoes!
They were in a pile in the family room!
I threw in the wooden shoe just to make it interesting! It was close by.
The cowboy boot was worn to a halloween party!
If I'd had time, I would have made something looking like cow dung for the fugitive's right foot!

Pat yourself on the back if you figured out these shoes belong to Brian!!!
He's actually been doing pretty good in the pick up department. I just noticed the pile of shoes today and thought it was pretty funny. He has kept his room clean and it doesn't smell. So all in all, I think he's grateful to be home and is not rocking the boat. We don't know where or when he'll get a post operative 6 week check-up. We're waiting to hear if he needs to go back to Boise or we can find someone down here to put on a walking cast. He may have to wait an extra week...

Don't laugh at me!!! I'm not used to taking blind digital pictures of myself. I'm such a DORK!!!

Didn't someone talk about being creative at the Women's Conference???

Well...
Guess I needed a change. I'm not in tears, but it's dark! It needs a week to calm down and luckily I'm only going to work and Disneyland. I guess you can tell I did it myself, but who cares??? I'll have to decide if I want to be seen at Stake Conference next weekend :) Then it's camping for a few days, so I should be fine in two weeks. Either say "way to go" or have a good laugh!!!

I forgot to send this beautiful picture taken at Aspen Mirror Lake. So Pretty!!!

Zion and Bryce Vacation

We just got back from a great family vacation! All 5 kids and spouses (except Paul :( and all 6 grandkids. We traveled in 3 loaded cars. Somehow we managed to load $600.00 worth of food from Costco into the cars in St. George!!! Then off to pick up Brian in Cedar City. Poor guy had taken the bus from Boise and we forgot about the time change! Add that to the shopping and trying to load all that food into any nook and cranny we could find and we were really late meeting him!!! But all went well and we had the usual crazy times families have trying to make it work!!!
I'll try and send some pictures, but they may be in the wrong order. I have some winter/summer pictures. It was fun trying to get the same spots so you could see the comparison! Just some fun pictures and good scenery too. I'm waiting for the girls pictures to suppliment mine. I had too much fun holding the babies!!! Enjoy! Also I've sent pictures of my Dad's vacation vehicles. Hopefully the smallest one will show up, then the middle, and then the big one we've gone into ownership with my parents. More fun times ahead!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Also pictures of a fun van from the San Diego State Volleyball team. They had fun information written all over their windows! Have to do that next trip. Our stuff would say things about throwing up in the car, losing a tire tread between Mesquite and Vegas, Price of gas in Baker $3.19!!! Thanks for the memories!!!!!!!!!!!!!
